Do you make these bags yourself?
We carefully source our beautifully quilted bags, which are hand-made with unique Indian block printed fabrics. While we don't personally make each one, we work directly with a small factory in Jaipur to create our bags so we can ensure ethical production. We ensure every bag meets our high standards for quality and craftsmanship.
Can I wash my bag?
Our bags can be machine washed. We recommend a gentle setting with a mild detergent and air drying it to preserve its unique fabric and colours.
Are all the prints the same?
No, each bag features unique Indian block printed fabrics, meaning no two prints are exactly alike. This makes your bag truly one-of-a-kind!
How much does it cost to ship?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of your order. You can view the exact shipping cost at checkout before finalising your purchase.
If a customer isn't happy with their bag, what's your process for returns or exchanges?
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges on our bags.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship our products Australia-wide. We are hoping to expand our shipping options in the future.
