The heart of our inspiration
Marianne’s Boutique Bags began with my long-standing love for India — a place of vibrant colour, beautiful people, and constant surprises. During my travels I fell in love with Jaipur, where I discovered the art of traditional block printing. When the cotton fabrics are quilted, they become beautifully soft, textured, and full of character. With the help of my very good friend and business partner, we carefully hand-select our fabrics and work closely with a small factory to craft them into beautiful, practical bags. Supporting skilled artisans and ensuring ethical production and quality is the most important part to us.
